MY COACHING LINEAGE

My Coaching began long before my many coaching certifications. In my Restorative Teacher Training since 2010, I mentored teachers, healers, and leaders as an educator and guide.

As an NVC (Non-Violent Communication) practitioner since 2014, I coach growth, as a Mentor, Practice Group Facilitator, and a Leadership Councillor of The Compassion Course by Thom Bond.

In my meditation and yoga classes, retreats, trainings, and immersions, my work increasingly has incorporated coaching. I have led series that integrate Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, as well as worked with clients synergizing NVC and Byron Katie's Inquiry Work, and Law of Attraction manifestation work.

After Health, Life, and Transformational Coaching triple certifications in 2022 and 2023 from Health Coach Institute, I’ve continued to study and earn certifications from, and to integrate the teachings of:

Regena Thomashauer (Mama Gena), Dr.Jean Houston (Quantum Power), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Abraham-Hicks (LoA), Jennifer Grace (Clarity Catalyst), Claire Zammit’s Woman-Centered Coaching Method for unleashing Feminine Power, Christian Mickelson, and Stevie Kent.
