MY COACHING LINEAGE

Coaching began for me long before my many coaching certifications. In my Restorative Teacher Trainings since 2010, I have been coach and mentor to multiple teachers, healers, and leaders.

I am a Non-Violent Communication (NVC) mentor, facilitator and coach for The Compassion Course, a path of learning I began in 2014 with Thom Bond and the NYCNVC Integration Program.

In workshops, classes, retreats, teacher trainings, immersions, and private yoga therapy, I support growth and healing through an integrative blend of health coaching, mindfulness and transformational coaching. I draw on wisdom from multiple paths that include: NVC, Byron Katie, IFS, Mama Gena, Abraham-Hicks, Dr.Jean Houston, Claire Zammit, Gabor Maté, A Course In Miracles, and more.
