Yoga Nidra Meditation recordings

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a meditation journey in your most comfortable savasana (relaxation pose), deepening you through the five "koshas" or sheaths of our consciousness. Dim the lights, dip into your pillows and blankets, and rest.

These 60-minute Yoga Nidra video or audio recordings are $12 ($75 for a full 7-chakra set). There are 5 chakra cycles, for variety and depth!
