- Prepare for a peaceful night of sleep, with deeply healing dreams.
- We take a moment to set any intentions if we wish for our journey.
- Listen or chant with me a peaceful bedtime prayer to open and soften heart, lungs, breath, body.
- Recline deeply and be guided through deep relaxing breathing.
- Rest with a crystal bowl sound healing meditation that will align, release, rebalance and refresh you for sleep, and wake, and life.
- Recordings let you repeat the sound baths, even if you miss a Sunday evening live.
