We take a moment to set any intentions for our sound meditation.
Listen or chant along with me a peaceful bedtime prayer to open the heart, the lungs, the breath, and the body.
Reclined deeply, be guided through deep relaxing breathing.
Rest within a crystal bowl sound healing meditation that will align, release, and rebalance each of your seven chakras, refreshing you for sleep, and for life.
Recordings let you repeat the sound baths, even if you miss a Sunday evening live.
