Yoga and Meditation unite mind, body, and soul to ease tension and promote health and well being. Regular practice improves breath, posture, immunity, fitness, and overall outlook on life. Everyone can do Yoga. If you have breath, there is a Yoga practice for you. Have fun discovering what it is! Whether it's vinyasa or slow flow, restorative or meditation, yin yoga or AcroYoga! The ultimate goal of Yoga is feeling you united to YOU, on and even more so, off the mat.
Yoga improves your endurance and facility for other physical activities, by increasing strength, flexibility, and balance, and boost our body's immune system.
Meditation and Mindful Inquiry enhance awareness of our ourselves, our relationships and communications, to improve quality of life for greater clarity, love, peace.
I am a longtime student of NonViolent Communication founded by the late Marshall Rosenberg, and I facilitate practice groups for Thom Bond's online Compassion Course by NYCNVC. Course participants meet regularly to apply these skills in our daily lives, making life more wonderful for ourselves and the world.
Compassion Course 2022 runs June 22, 2022 - June 14, 2023 and is open for registration.
