Zoom Meditative Mellow Monday Mornings 10:30-11:45
We begin in seated meditation, with pranayama, imagery, mantra. The sl-o-w flow stays deeply meditative in stretch, strength, and centering. Modifications encouraged. Here's a chance to heal, quieten, listen to what your body feels.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a meditation journey in your most comfortable savasana, relaxation pose, deepening you through the five "koshas" or sheaths of our consciousness. Dim the lights, dip into your pillows and blankets, and rest. Featuring the live acoustic guitar stylings of Raul Aranas to begin most of the Nidra meditations. Many folks find headphones can give them a better auditory experience. Pajamas, journals, and eye pillows are optional!
