Come Play with our AcroYoga See-Saw Flow, Sunday Sept 21, 12-2PM, NW Sheep Meadow, Central Park
All are welcome and will be supported to learn laugh, fly, and base, at their appropriate level, in the See-Saw Flow!
Register via email; $45/person or $80/friend pair.
90 minutes of prep, drills, flights, flow ... 30 minutes of guided partner thai massage!
Bring a mat/towel/blanket to fly on; hydration; and any snacks to picnic after that you'd like!
We will send everyone detailed location directions a few days before.
